div media's director is Darius Ivan. He has vast photographic and media design experience covering journalism, photography and design since 1996. Div media cooperates with another two photographers Frank and Stanly on events which require more photographers.

PACKAGES & PRICES
A €100.00 Deposit is required to book all sessions. If a client cancels up to 48 hours prior to the session the deposit will be forwarded to the new session date. If the client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the session the client forfeits their deposit.
WEDDINGS and PRIVATE EVENTS : €300 - €1500
Price depends on size and length of wedding (event) as well as amount and type of prints, albums and extras required.
All wedding (events) require 40% deposit at signing of contract. If client cancels up to 2 weeks before wedding (event) deposit would be returned, or applied to new event date. Cancelation in less than 2 weeks prior to date of event results in forfeiting of deposit.
CORPORATE EVENTS : €300 - €700 a day
SCHOOL, COLLEGE & SEMI-PRO SPORT EVENTS: €200 - €500 a day
HEADSHOTS : €150.00

RECEIVING YOUR IMAGES
In 48 hours after finishing shooting all good images from session will be posted in private password protected gallery on my website. You would be provided with direct link to your gallery and have ability to see your images and choose images you want me to retouch.
In 10 business days after you informed me of which images you want me to retouch I will have CD or DVD with selected retouched and all other unretouched images ready. You can pick it up, or it could be mailed to you.
All unretouched images would be have basic brightness/exposure and color correction done. Retouched images would have blemishes removed, skin retouched, sharpened for print, and other nessesary adjustments done as it would be prior discussed.
Images would be burned on CD or DVD at full resolution in JPG format. On your request they could be in TIFF or PSD format. In most cases I do not provide clients with unedited RAW images.
The images on your CD or DVD are your negatives, please keep them safe! Take your disk to the printer where they can reproduce your images into photographs or other forms of printed media. Most of printers would not print professional images without photographer release. We will sign all necessary releases after finishing shot, and you will have your copy together with your disc.
At no additional charge I will also have re-sized and web optimized copies of your original images for you to upload to the web or email to friends and family.
You have total control of the finished product. You have copy of everything, and retain all rights for your personal use.
I will also keep copies of your images (up to 12 months) should your disks ever get lost, stolen or destroyed.

RE-SHOOT POLICY
Re-Shoot definition : Re-doing the same shot, same wardrobe, same make up, same vibe because you are not satisfied with results.
If you included any of images from shot in your portfolio, or posted on your website, Facebook, Myspace, Twitter or anything like that, then you have shown you are happy with your images.
If after a 15 day time period from receiving CD with images the client does not state that he/she is unhappy with the shoot or the product no refunds will be given, considering the client will have possession of the photos and duplicates could have been made.
However if a re-shoot is necessary that it will be done in a timely manner upon discussion with the photographer and client.
It is my experience that I have never had anyone who wanted to re-shoot. All of my clients who wanted to re-shoot actually wanted a NEW Shoot. Different hair, or different wardrobe, or differetn subtext, or all of the above. So since i am a generous person, and realize that this a journey and a learning process, and ultimately I want the client to walk away happy, I offer a new shoot within 1 month of the first shoot at Half price of the original.
